How can a
co-created open source
digital platform support
development of the
IDG-skills at scale?
Do you want to try?

- Mobilizing a movement towards the IDGs -

The Climate crisis. War. Refugee streams. Polarization. Conflicts. They have one thing in common - they are all caused by human behavior. The good news is that it is within our power to change the world for the better. Together.

A scientifically overviewed co-creative process has defined a set of 23 skills to support our inner development;  The Inner Development Goals (IDGs).
A really nice feature of the set of 23 IDG-skills is that they are also skills that help us as individuals to thrive. So by training those IDG-skills you are helping yourself, those around you and the world at large at the same time.

Free for everyone

But how do you get access to those IDG-tools and practice them? Until now the best tools have typically either been for the few that can pay and/or unknown to most.
As a founding partner of the IDG initiative, 29k aims to address this problem through its free digital platform where you can find the worlds leading tools to practice the IDGs and share your experience and get support from others.

Open source and scalable
Through co-creating an open-source and scalable platform we hope to contribute to the necessary mindshift needed for a flourishing world. Come join a conversation on what role digital tools can play in scaling IDG-skills together with professor Gerhardsson Andersson, one of the worlds leading psychologists on digital interventions. Gerhard has published over 760 research papers, 70 chapters and 20 books within this field.

Try it out in practice
During the session, you will also get a chance to try out some of the tools for inner development for yourselves through a deep dive into tools for strengthening your self compassion.Participants will also get invited to a private onboarding to 29k's full self compassion course or one of its shorter courses.

The Gathering will start 15.30 CET in Zoom.

About the IDGs
In 2015, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provided us with a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world. However, progress is slow. Growth That Matters believe that personal development is necessary for societal change.

This is why we now are co-creating the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) - a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills that are needed to achieve the 17 SDGs. Our aim is to inspire, educate and empower people to be a positive force for change in society and find a more purposeful way to look at our lives and our planet.

The IDGs will provide an essential framework and field-kit for inner growth - an accelerator to create a prosperous future for all of humanity.

29K & artist Sandro Cavazza on Inner compass and  Integrity & Authenticity

Here is a sample from current collaboration between 29k and the well known music artist Sandro Cavazza (3.5 billion streams) that has decided to end his career as an artist on stage to follow his heart and go where life calls him. Together, 29k and Sandro has made a 10-day challenge that focusses especially on the two IDG skills of Inner compass and Integrity and Authenticity

This 3 minute film is more emotional and Sandro shares his journey and struggles. He talks about following his way, even when it is hard. He ends with suggesting to try out 29k to get support with finding, and living by your own inner compass:
